Though justice in Islamic society is among common discussions, hardly has there been a comprehensive research on the true meaning of justice and its principles. The research scope of the present article is limited to the nature of justice among human beings and enumerating the principles of justice from viewpoint of Quran and Sunnah. To do so, justice is divided into primary essential attribution and common technical predication. The common element of all instances of justice is indiscrimination and the rule of law. Besides, different types of justice, i.e. preservative, criminal and distributive, each has an exclusive element, distinguishing it from other types. This article deals with an exposition of principles of these three types of justice. برقراری عدالت در جامعه‌ی اسلامی، که شامل امنیت و رفاه اساسی نیز می شود، در کنار رشد اقتصادی جامعه اسلامی و تأمین زمینه های رشد معنوی برای آحاد شهروندان، وظیفه ای کلیدی برای دولت اسلامی می باشد. هرچند بحث عدالت، در جامعه‌ی اسلامی، از جمله بحث های رایج است، اما تاکنون در زمینه‌ی مفهوم روشن و اصول عدالت، کمتر تحقیق جامعی صورت گرفته است. قلمرو کاوش مقاله حاضر، محدود به چیستی و ماهیت عدالت در میان انسان ها و برشمردن اصول عدالت از منظر قرآن و سنت می باشد. بدین منظور، عدالت به حمل اولی ذاتی و به حمل شایع صناعی تعریف می شود. جزء مشترک همه مصادیق عدالت، جانب نداری و حکومت قانون است. علاوه بر این، انوع عدالت، یعنی عدالت صیانتی، کیفری و توزیعی، دارای جزیی اختصاصی نیز می باشد که آن را از سایر انواع آن متمایز می نماید. این مقاله به شرح و شمارش اصول این سه نوع عدالت می پردازد. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1143.pdf
