abstract = {Although different schools are always concerned with preserving and promoting human dignity and each school provides certain modus operands to achieve this end, Islamic fiqh has a transcendent approach in this regard, and in some cases it provides unique modus operands. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the present paper provides a number of important modus operands which Islamic fiqh presents for preserving human dignity. Expanding monotheistic thought in human societies; giving priority to spiritual affairs, providing every man with a pure and spiritual environment, preserving one's life, property and good reputation; treating all human beings fairly and equitably, and bringing order, security, welfare and tranquility to citizens are among the transcendent injunctions of Islam, which contribute to preserving human dignity in its best form. abstract_fa ={هرچند همواره در مکاتب مختلف، دغدغه‌ی حفظ و ارتقای کرامت انسانی، مطرح بوده و هریک سازوکارهایی بدین منظور ارائه داده اند، اما فقه اسلامی در این زمینه، رویکردی متعالی داشته و بعضاً راهکارهایی بی بدیل ارائه داده است. این تحقیق، با بهره گیری از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، برخی از ساز و کارهای مهم و کلی فقه اسلامی برای تثبیت کرامت انسانی را ارائه نموده است. توسعه‌ی تفکر توحیدی در سطح جوامع بشری، اولویت دادن به امور معنوی، برخوردار کردن همه‌ی انسان ها از محیط پاک و معنوی، صیانت از حرمت جان، مال و آبروی انسان ها، اقامه‌ی قسط و عدل در میان همه‌ی ابنای بشر و تأمین نظم، امنیت، رفاه و آسایش شهروندان، ازجمله احکام متعالی اسلام می باشند که کرامت انسانی را به کامل ترین شکل ممکن، به ارمغان می آورند. در این نوشتار، رابطه‌ی این دسته از احکام الهی با کرامت انسانی به روشنی تبیین شده است.},
