The present paper seeks, through comparing two fiqhi principles; “meysoor (possible)” and “maqis (compared)” to investigate discuss this challenge and show that abandoning "the best” and choosing "the acceptable good" is contrary to fiqhi principles. Furthermore, the legitimacy of choosing "the best" and illegitimacy of choosing "the acceptable good" is directly related to the issue of efficiency. Therefore, actions should be taken to remove the false obstacles to the acceptability of the best candidate as a necessary preliminary. Finally, it reviews the fiqhi principles of the unlawfulness of choosing someone other than the best امروزه مسئله «انتخاب اصلح»، یکی از پرچالش ترین مسائل سیاسی بین گروه های مرجع سیاسی است. این مقاله می کوشد با بررسی تطبیق دو قاعده فقهی «میسور» و «مقیس» این چالش پیچیده را طرح و نشان دهد که تنازل از فرد اصلح به صالح مقبول، با موازین فقهی مغایر است. همچنین مشروعیت انتخاب اصلح و عدم مشروعیت انتخاب صالح مقبول، ارتباط مستقیمی با بحث کارامدی دارد. بنابراین، باید برای برچیده شدن موانع کاذب مقبولیت نامزد اصلح، به عنوان مقدمه واجب عمل کرد. در پایان نیز، مبانی فقهی حرمت کناره گیری فرد اصلح از انتخابات، بررسی شده است. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_6.pdf
