A glimpse at the attempts by reformers and the thoughts of the cultured people in human societies nicely represents this utopia. In historical vicissitudes, a unique definition of justice cannot be acquired. This disagreement has had many consequences in social life and for civil institutes; despite the primary agreement, we see many disagreements in social institutes. One of them is related to the state's duties and the functional basis of those duties. Establishing peace, right to freedom and religious democracy are among the solutions to the abovementioned problem. The present article is seeking to determine the nature of justice as the most essential duty for the religious state, and to deal with determining its instances, discussing the state's duties through religious teachings on social justice and with a look at fairness عدالت، مقدس ترین آرمان بشری در طول زندگی اجتماعی اوست. نیم نگاهی به تلاش مصلحان و اندیشه های فرهیختگان جوامع انسانی، به خوبی ترسیم گر این آرمان شهر است. در فراز و فرودهای تاریخی، هیچ گاه نمی توان به تعریف و تبیین واحدی از عدالت دست پیدا کرد. این اختلاف، پیامدهای متعددی در زندگی اجتماعی و نهادهای مدنی داشته است، و علی رغم وحدت نظر اولیه، شاهد اختلافات بسیاری در نهادهای اجتماعی هستیم. یکی از این اختلافات، مربوط به وظایف دولت و مبنای کارکردی آن وظایف است. ایجاد صلح، تحقق جامعه مدنی، ایجاد حق و آزادی و تحقق مردم سالاری دینی، از جمله پاسخ های ارائه شده به سؤال مزبور است. این مقاله درصدد است با تکیه بر ماهیت عدالت، به عنوان اصلی ترین وظیفه دولت دینی، به تعیین مصادیق آن بپردازد و با تکیه بر آموزه های دینی در خصوص عدالت اجتماعی و با ملاحظه عنصر انصاف، وظایف دولت را ترسیم نماید. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1145.pdf
