This term is generally comes in the sections that deal with social aspects or the issues that are related in some way government. ‘’The Fight with Oppressors” is one of the sections that is of great importance. This paper seeks to answer the question whether the concept of just Imam which comes in this section appertains to the infallible or it also includes Faqih (jurisprudents). When we examine jurisprudent`s words and the words which are equivalent to the term just Imam and review the narrations in “Wasael-al Shiah” and “Tahzib al-Al`ahkam we find that this concept includes the faqih (jurisprudent), as well; and know that rising against the ruling faqih (jurisprudent) is the same as rising against an infallible یکی از تعابیر در فقه شیعه، که احکام خاصی هم به دنبال داشته، عبارت «امام عادل» است. این تعبیر عموماً در ابوابی که ابعاد اجتماعی دارند و یا مسائلی که به نوعی با حکومت در ارتباط هستند، مشاهده می شود. باب «قتال اهل البغی» یکی از این باب هاست که از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که آیا مفهوم امام عادل در این باب اختصاص به معصوم دارد یا فقها را نیز شامل می شود؟ بررسی عبارات فقها و تعابیر مترادف با «امام عادل» و روایات «وسائل الشیعه» و «تهذیب الاحکام» نشان می دهد که این مفهوم شامل فقیه هم می شود و خروج بر فقیه حاکم به مثابه‌ی خروج بر امام معصوم است. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_9.pdf
