This relation is not steady. Thus, the administration of justice should be given special attention. If we go through the religious sources, we can have access to the fundamental components and the rules of Islamic governments which contribute to the administration of justice and guarantee the rights of all citizens in this regard. This paper gives a clear account of these rules and components. The research results show that the such rules like the conditions and characteristics of managing agents, their availability, their being equal with other citizens in the eyes of law, observing the behavior of agents, considering the complaints of people against them as formal and actively investigating people’ complaints in this respect are among the rules which the Islamic government observe in order to administer the justice in the relations between agent and people and safeguard the rights of all citizens. یکی از مصادیق عدالت اجتماعی برقراری عدالت در روابط کارگزاران حکومت و مردم است. این رابطه یک رابطه‌ی برابر و یکسان نیست. بدین روی، توجه به اجرای عدالت در آن حایز اهمیت بیشتری است. از جست وجو در منابع دینی، می توان به قواعد و مؤلفه های ساختاری در حکومت اسلامی دست یافت که می تواند اجرای عدالت را در این زمینه تسهیل و حقوق مردم را در این رابطه تضمین کند. در این مقاله، این قواعد و مؤلفه ها توصیف و بررسی شده اند. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی آن است که قواعدی مانند شروط و صفات کارگزاران حکومتی، در دسترس بودن آنان، برابری آنان با مردم در مقابل قانون، نظارت بر رفتار کارگزاران، رسمیت دادن به شکایت مردم از آنان، و رسیدگی قاطع به تظلمات مردم در این زمینه، از قواعدی است که در ساختار حکومت اسلامی در جهت رعایت عدالت در روابط مردم و کارگزاران و تضمین حقوق مردم پیش بینی شده است. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_10.pdf
