Consequently our country suffered from instabilities. In the orthodox and justice-centered discourse of the ninth state cabinet, with the revival of revolution's values and ideals, the four elements of "justice", "kindness", "material and spiritual development" and "public service" were constructed on the basis of "IRI leader's authority", and there was an attempt to pay special attention to justice and promoting it. In this discourse, however, justice was again tinted with economy, and the enforcement of justice got involved in impetuousness. None of these discourses of revolution seems to be the perfect example of enforcing the ideals of revolution. However, all have been in the same line, the latter ones being a step forward than the formers. Therefore, we may regard the justice-centered orthodox as being less defective than two previous discourses. بررسی جایگاه عدالت در گفتمان های سیاسی، اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی نشان می دهد که این گفتمان ها، عملکردهای افراطی و تفریطی داشته اند: در گفتمان سازندگی، عدالت تاحدودی مغفول ماند و در گفتمان اصلاح طلبی نیز مسائل اقتصادی، عدالت و ارزش ها دچار نگرش تفریطی شد. و در اثر این افراط و تفریط، کشور دچار بی ثباتی های فراوان گردید. در گفتمان اصول گرایی عدالت خواه دولت نهم، با احیای ارزش ها و آرمان های انقلاب، بر محور دال مرکزی «ولایت»، دال های چهارگانه‌ی «عدالت گستری»، «مهرورزی»، «پیشرفت و تعالی مادی و معنوی»، و «خدمت رسانی» مفصل بندی و تلاش شد تا توجه ویژه ای به عدالت و عدالت گستری شود. اما در این گفتمان نیز به عدالت، رنگ و لعاب اقتصادی گرفته، اجرای عدالت اقتصادی، دچار مشکلات و شتابزدگی گردید. به نظر می رسد، هیچ یک ازگفتمان های انقلاب اسلامی، نمونه کامل و آرمانی اجرای آرمان های انقلاب اسلامی نبوده اند. ولی همه آنها در تعاقب یکدیگر بوده، گفتمان های بعدی مزیت های بیشتری نسبت به گفتمان قبلی داشته اند. از این رو، می توان گفتمان اصول گرایی عدالت خواه را، از دو گفتمان قبلی سازندگی و اصلاح طلبی، کم عیب تر دانست. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1138.pdf
