abstract = {The political trends in the Islamic Republic of Iran can be classified into three kinds: Islamic, secular, and eclectic divisions. As a political trend, Kargozaran which came under the influence of the centers of power in the second decade of the Revolution is an eclectic group whose thoughts are based on secularism. This trend holds that Islam does not have an administrative structure and that it has to be borrowed from liberalism. The ideological principles of Kargozaran are: underestimating religion, relativism, scientism and empiricism, authentication of fighting and opposing the idea of ijtihad. These indicators clearly show that this trend adopts eclectic ideas inas far as political values are concerned. Using an analytical and critical method, this paper discusses the legitimacy, structure, rights and duties of Kargozaran party in theory and practice.

abstract_fa ={جریان های سیاسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران را می توان در سه طیف اسلامی، سکولار و التقاطی طبقه بندی کرد. کارگزاران به مثابه جریانی که در دهه دوم انقلاب و متأثر از کانون های قدرت شکل گرفتند، در زمره‌ی گروه های التقاطی قرار می گیرد که بر اساس تفکر سکولاریستی شکل پذیرفته است. این جریان، اسلام را فاقد ساختار حکومت دانسته، معتقد است: باید ساختار حکومت را از لیبرالیسم، وام گرفت. اصول و مبانی فکری کارگزاران را می توان اقلی دانستن دین، نسبی گرایی، علم گرایی و تجربه گرایی، اصالت بخشیدن به مبارزه و ضدیت با تفکر اجتهادی برشمرد. این شاخص ها به روشنی بیانگر این است که این جریان، دارای افکار التقاطی در ساحت ارزش های سیاسی است. این نوشتار با رویکرد تحلیلی و انتقادی، به بحث از مشروعیت، ساختار، حقوق و وظایف حزب کارگزاران در اندیشه و عمل می پردازد.},
