This conversion requires the conditions and the supplies of which are the main purpose of this research. Taking advantage of "intra-cultural heritage" depends on the four conditions, historicity, preserving and maintaining the heritage, current situation and future prospects of a nation and historical continuity and centrality. Accessing to civilizational treasures, lacking of gap between past and future, the genuine and independent civilization-building mobility of a nation are the three prerequisite conditions for the transformation of an intra-cultural heritage into a civilizational capacity. The requisite condition for the transformation of a cross-cultural heritage into a capacity for new civilization-building is that, the assets should be adapted from a defunct culture or the one that lost its dynamism and vitality. Adopting, in addition to self-esteem and avoiding intimidation from the dominant civilization, requires the de-ideologizing and modifying to transform the assets of the dominant culture. It seems that, the IRI provides the ground for the conversion of the civilization's assets to a civilizational capacity. داشته های تمدنی، یعنی «میراث درون فرهنگی» و دستاوردهای برون فرهنگی، می توانند به ظرفیت هایی برای تمدن سازی نوین اسلامی، در تکاپوی تمدن سازانه انقلاب اسلامی تبدیل شوند. این تبدیل، نیازمند وجود شرایط و لوازمی است که تبیین آنها هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. بهره گیری از «میراث درون فرهنگی»، به چهار شرط میزان تاریخ مندی و حفظ و ماندگاری میراث، وضعیت کنونی و چشم انداز آینده ملت، تداوم تاریخی و مرکزیت تاریخی بستگی دارد. دسترسی به گنجینه های تمدنی، عدم گسست میان گذشته و آینده، و تحرک تمدن سازانه اصیل و مستقل یک قوم، سه شرط لازم برای تبدیل میراث درون فرهنگی، به ظرفیت تمدنی هستند. در تبدیل دستاوردها برون فرهنگی به ظرفیتی برای تمدن سازی نوین اسلامی نیز شرط لازم و کافی اخذ و اقتباس این است که داشته ها از فرهنگی اخذ شود که حیات ندارد، یا پویایی و نشاط خود را از دست داده است، زنده، فعال و طالب فراگیری بودن. در اخذ و اقتباس، علاوه بر خودباوری و عدم مرعوبیت نسبت به تمدن غالب، توان ایدئولوژی زدایی و تصرف برای تبدیل داشته های تمدنیِ فرهنگ غالب هم، ضروری است. به نظر می رسد، انقلاب اسلامی به جهت گشایشی که در تاریخ دینی ایجاد کرده و با تأثیراتی که این گشایش در گذشته دینی و آینده دینی به وجود می آورد، زمینه تبدیل داشته های تمدنی به ظرفیت تمدنی را فراهم می سازد. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_14.pdf
