abstract = {Several explanations have been provided by theorists on the concept of "justice" based on "equality", "worthiness", or "right". On justice as a "right," theorists have also provided notions of justice as "natural right" or "contractual right". Each of these theories has provided different ideas about the nature of justice and the ways of its realization in society. The theory of justice based on the innate right, is more extensive and comprehensive than competing theories by presenting a general view of "justice" with regard to the most basic and important needs and human rights. According to this theory, the right in the most basic and status, is not a natural and contractual issue, but intrinsic and innate one.  Paying attention to the innate features of the right provides the conditions for proposing an acceptable and applicable universal concept of justice},

abstract_fa ={تبیین های متعددی از مفهوم «عدالت» بر پایه‌ی «برابری»، «استحقاق» و یا «حق» توسط نظریه پردازان ارائه شده است. در تلقّی از عدالت به مثابه‌ی «حق» نیز برداشت هایی از سوی نظریه پردازان از عدالت به مثابه‌ی «حق طبیعی» یا «حق قراردادی» ارائه شده است. هر یک از این نظریه ها در برداشت از ماهیت عدالت و ارائه‌ی راه کارهای تحقّق آن در جامعه، مسیرهای مخلتفی را طی کرده است. نظریه‌ی «عدالت مبتنی بر حق فطری» با ارائه‌ی یک تلقّی عام از «عدالت» ناظر به اساسی ترین و مهم ترین نیازها و حقوق انسانی، از گستردگی و جامعیت بیشتری نسبت به نظریه های رقیب برخوردار است. بر اساس این نظریه، حق در پایه ای ترین و اساسی ترین حالت، نه طبیعی و نه قراردادی، بلکه امری فطری و ذاتی است. توجه به ویژگی های حق فطری، برداشتی از عدالت که دربرگیرنده‌ی همه‌ی نیازهای اساسی و حقوق ثابت بشری بوده و از این رو مورد توافق و رضایت همه‌ی جوامع بشری و در همه‌ی عصرها و نسل ها است، ارائه می دهد.},
