abstract = {This study aims to investigate the Supreme Leader’s vision in the realm of foreign policy and to elucidate its monotheistic elements. The central claim is that the Leader of the Islamic Revolution has articulated a deep and coherent framework for a God-centered foreign policy, providing a basis for accurate analysis and evaluation of this approach. The main question is: How is the structure and nature of the monotheistic worldview in foreign policy defined from his perspective? Using content analysis of the Supreme Leader’s speeches, this study identifies and interprets relevant data to present his model of monotheistic foreign policy. The hypothesis of this paper is that the Leader’s conception of monotheism is systematic and defined by specific indicators, articulated both theoretically and practically in the foreign policy domain. Findings show that the Leader considers diplomacy as a tool to realize divine objectives, viewing foreign policy as a realm for advancing divine sovereignty in social and political arenas. Accordingly, from his perspective, a monotheistic foreign policy manifests the legislative will of God and the sovereignty of the Almighty across all dimensions of international relations.},

abstract_fa ={این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی اندیشة مقام معظم رهبری در عرصة سیاست خارجی و تبیین مؤلفه‌های توحیدمحور آن انجام شده است. ادعای اصلی تحقیق این است که رهبر انقلاب اسلامی با ارائة چهارچوبی عمیق از سیاست مبتنی‌بر توحید، زمینه‌ای برای تحلیل و ارزیابی دقیق این رویکرد فراهم ساخته‌اند. پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که ساختار و مختصات نگرش توحیدمحور به سیاست خارجی از منظر ایشان چگونه تعریف می‌شود. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوای بیانات رهبری، داده‌های مرتبط را استخراج و تحلیل کرده و به بررسی الگوی سیاست خارجی توحیدمحور ایشان پرداخته است. فرضیة پژوهش بر این اصل استوار است که در اندیشة رهبری، توحیدباوری دارای نظام‌مندی و شاخصه‌های مشخصی است که در قالب یک الگوی نظری و عملی در حوزة سیاست خارجی بسط یافته است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که رهبر انقلاب اسلامی دیپلماسی را ابزاری برای تحقق اهداف توحیدی تلقی می‌کنند و سیاست خارجی را عرصه‌ای برای پیشبرد حاکمیت الهی در ساحت‌های اجتماعی و سیاسی می‌دانند. بر این اساس، سیاست خارجی توحیدمحور از دیدگاه ایشان به‌معنای تجلی ارادة تشریعی الهی و حاکمیت باری تعالی در تمامی ابعاد سیاست خارجی است.},
