The Quran has forbidden the relationship with Satan. The devil, who is the sworn enemy of the human being, is not an individual, but a title for a set of characteristics; such as: enmity with religion and Divine leaders, promoting hostility among the servants of God, abjuration, corruption, deception and misleading. The issue is that, how Satan can appear every time, in the form of a person, group or government? What was the criterion of Imam Khomeini, which adapted "the Great Satan" to the United States, and the Supreme Leader, who emphasized on this idea? Proving the claim based on the Quran will require a ban on relations with the United States. Using a descriptive-analytical and comparative method, this paper shows that, the ideas of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader are based on the Quranic foundations. The institutionalization of this idea requires resistance and the fight against this dangerous enemy. Of course, due to the human appearance and the possibility of deceiving public opinion, in some cases, a kind of interaction with the human devil to weaken his front, may be necessary based on the strategies of leadership of the Islamic system قرآن مرجع تمام خط مشی های سیاسی نظام اسلامی است. قرآن رابطه با شیطان را ممنوع کرده است. شیطان، که دشمن قسم خورده‌ی انسان است، یک فرد مشخص نیست، بلکه عنوانی برای مجموعه ای از خصوصیات است؛ مانند: دشمنی با دین و رهبران الهی، ترویج دشمنی میان بندگان خدا، بدعهدی، فساد، فریب کاری، گم راه ساختن. مسئله این است شیطان در هر روزگاری، در قالب فرد، گروه یا دولت، چگونه می تواند ظهور کند؟ معیار امام خمینی ره که «شیطان بزرگ» را بر آمریکا تطبیق کرد، و مقام معظّم رهبری، که بر تداوم تطبیق تأکید دارد، برای اثبات ادعا چیست؟ اثبات ادعا بر مبنای وحی قرآنی مستلزم ممنوعیت روابط با آمریکا خواهد بود. هدف این پژوهش نشان دادن مستند بودن نظر امام راحل و مقام معظم رهبری بر معیارهای قرآنی است که با روش «توصیفی، تحلیلی و تطبیقی» انجام شده است. تثبیت این اندیشه مستلزم مقاومت و مبارزه با این دشمن خطرناک است. البته به سبب داشتن ظاهر انسانی و امکان فریب افکار عمومی، در مواقعی، نوعی تعامل با شیطان انسانی، با هدف تضعیف جبهه‌ی او، بر اساس راهبردهای رهبری نظام اسلامی ممکن است ضروری شود. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_15.pdf
