abstract_fa ={روش شناسی، نوعی دانش و منطق علمی است که محقق را بر شیوه‌ی صحیح اندیشیدن و همچنین برای  استنباط، بررسی، نقد و داوری بین اندیشه ها توانمند می سازد. هر الگوی روش شناسانه، بر مبانی معرفت شناختی خاصی استوار است؛ به گونه ای که با تحول در هندسه‌ی معرفت شناسی، روش شناسی نیز دستخوش تغییر خواهد شد. این مقاله در تلاش است تا ضمن تبیین نسبت روش شناسی و معرفت شناسی، ماهیت و مراحل روش اجتهادی را تبیین کند و ضمن گونه شناسی روش های استنباط در فقه، تمایز روش اجتهاد فقهی با روش اجتهادی فقه سیاسی را تحلیل نماید.},
