As a rational political activist in interaction with other countries, the Islamic state, on the one hand, pursues its strategic goals within the framework of utilitarianism, and on the other hand, defines and pursues utilitarianism in the field of truth. In response to the question of the context for the development of utilitarianism in the foreign policy of the Islamic state, this study proposes that since the utilitarianism of the Islamic State is formed in the context of truth through a realistic approach, it has unique characteristics such as value-oriented prioritization, balancing and interdependence that give it a transcendent nature. A rational explanation of the utilitarianism of the Islamic state can make a clear distinction between religious and non-religious politics in the field of foreign policy, and can explain the perspective of the pattern of interests of the Islamic state. منفعت گرایی، بستر سیاست ورزی در عرصه‌ی جهانی است و دولت ها، سیاست ها، راهبردها و اقدامات خود را بر اساس منافع تنظیم می کنند. دولت اسلامی به عنوان یک کنشگر سیاسی عقلانی در تعامل با سایر بازیگران، از یک سو، اهداف راهبردی خود را در چهارچوب منفعت گرایی پیگیری می کند و از سوی دیگر، منفعت گرایی را در بستر حقیقت تعریف و دنبال می کند. این پژوهش در پاسخ به این پرسش که «منفعت گرایی در سیاست خارجی دولت اسلامی در چه بستری تکوین می یابد؟» این انگاره را مطرح می کند که منفعت گرایی دولت اسلامی، در بستر حقیقت و با رویکردی واقع بینانه شکل می گیرد و از این رو دارای ویژگی های منحصربه فردی چون اولویت بندی ارزش محور، تعادل بخشی و تلازم است که به آن ماهیتی متعالی می بخشد. تبیین منطقی منفعت گرایی دولت اسلامی می تواند خط فاصل مشخصی را پیرامون سیاست ورزی دینی و غیردینی در عرصه‌ی سیاست خارجی ترسیم کند و از این طریق، دورنمای کلان الگوی منافع دولت اسلامی را به خوبی تبیین کند. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_18.pdf
