abstract = {One of the most imporfant components in making decisions and formation of pplitical system spciifying the relationship of ideal objectives with the available capacities and predestination, the accomplishment of which can recreat and mainifest itself.
The anthor tries to investigate the theoretical aspects of this snbject and distract the practical preospect from the depthe of the theorization of some of current Iranian Politico-religious thirkers. Some devote their time to think deeply of what happens in their own lifetime, hoping to reach their ideal goals. Getting a faqih's permission concerning governmental affairs and athempting to limit a soverign's illegitmate jurisdictions when if is impossible to remove him from authority are attempts to ensure the legitimacy of different strategies in this field.

abstract_fa ={یکى از مهم‏ترین مؤلفه‏ها در تصمیم‏سازى و نظام‏سازى سیاسى، تعیین نسبت میان مقاصد  آرمانى با ظرفیت‏هاى موجود و قدر مقدورى است که تحقق آن مى‏تواند خود را بازآفرینى  و بازنمایى کند. نوشته حاضر بر آن است تا با بررسى برخى ابعاد نظرى این امر، چشم‏اندازى  تطبیقى را از دل نظریه‏پردازى شمارى از اندیشمندان دینى ـ سیاسى معاصر ایران ارائه  دهد. کسانی که به امید کسب مقاصد آرمانى خود از پنجره تنگ زمانه خویش به تماشا نشسته‏اند.  تحصیل اذن فقیه در امور حکومتی، تلاش برای محدودسازی اختیارات نامشروع سلطنتی، در صورت  عدم امکان خلع ید از آن، تلاش برای تأمین مشروعیت راهبردهای مختلف در این زمینه اند.},
