abstract = {The Second Phase of the Revolution Statement is a charter addressed to the people of Iran, especially the youth, which can open a new chapter in the life of the Islamic Republic of Iran. One of the central issues emphasized by the Supreme Leader in this statement is the theory of the revolutionary system. Since in the current political literature, revolution is synonymous with "transformation and violence" and the concept of system inherently requires "stability and rationality", it is claimed that the combination of these two words in the concept of revolutionary system is a contradictory combination. Therefore, formulating the theory of the revolutionary system requires resolving the contradiction between the revolutionary spirit and the order and stability of the socio-political structures of the system. This will be achieved when, based on the theoretical foundations of the theory of the revolutionary system, a logical comparison is made between the concepts of "system" and "revolution". Using a descriptive-analytical method this paper assumed views on the conceptual relationship between the system and the revolution to discover what the Supreme Leader means by this phrase. The results showed that from Imam Khamenei's point of view, there is no paradox and sameness between these two words; rather, these two phenomena have a kind of coexistence, interaction, and relation of the same as the relation of soul and body to each other, which both have realized the meaning of becoming.},

abstract_fa ={بیانیه‌ی گام دوم انقلاب، به مثابه‌ی منشوری خطاب به ملت ایران، به ویژه جوانان است که توجه بدان و ابتنا بر آن، فصل جدید زندگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را رقم خواهد زد. یکی از مباحث کانونی و محوری مورد تأکید مقام معظم رهبری در این بیانیه، نظریه‌ی نظام انقلابی است. ازآنجاکه در ادبیات مرسوم سیاسی، انقلاب مترادف با «دگرگونی و خشونت» است و مفهوم نظام نیز در ذات خود «ثبات و عقلانیت» را می طلبد، ادعا می شود ترکیب این دو، در قالب مفهوم نظام انقلابی، ترکیبی خودشکننده و منطقاً متناقض است. ازاین رو فرمول بندی و تبیین نظریه‌ی نظام انقلابی، مستلزم حل تناقض نمای جوشش انقلابی و نظم و ثبات ساختارهای سیاسی اجتماعی نظام است. این مهم زمانی حاصل خواهد شد که با ابتنا بر بنیان های نظری نظریه‌ی نظام انقلابی، نسبت سنجی منطقی میان مفاهیم «نظام» و «انقلاب» صورت پذیرد. بدین منظور، مقاله‌ی حاضر به شیوه‌ی توصیفی تحلیلی، به طرح و بررسی دیدگاه های موجود یا مفروض در باب نسبت مفهومی میان نظام و انقلاب و کشف این رابطه از منظر مقام معظم رهبری پرداخت. نتایج نشان داد که از منظر امام خامنه ای، قرائت های جداانگاری، پاردوکسیکالیتی و این همانی انقلاب و نظام، در نظریه‌ی نظام انقلابی مصداق پیدا نکرده است؛ بلکه این دو پدیده، نوعی همزیستی، تعامل و رابطه‌ی معیّت همانند نسبت روح و جسم با یکدیگر دارند و معنای صیرورت را تحقق بخشیده اند.},
