Using the words of jurisprudence and international relations, jurisprudence of international relations has similarities with the to two categories of jurisprudential and international knowledge. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this study seeks to discover the relationship between jurisprudential knowledge of international relations with homogeneous jurisprudential and international knowledge. The findings show that, the knowledge of jurisprudence of international relations is different from similar jurisprudential and international knowledge due to differences in sources, goals, methods, tools and scope of operation تحقق انقلاب اسلامی با رهبری فقیه نامدار شیعه، امام خمینی ره به همراه انتظار حداکثری از دانش فقه جهت مدیریت رفتار انسان از گهواره تا گور، سبب گسترش و پویایی دانش فقه در تمام عرصه ها، از جمله روابط بین الملل شده است. فقه روابط بین الملل با وجود بهره وری از واژگان فقه و روابط بین الملل، با دو دسته از دانش های فقهی و بین المللی تشابه دارد. ازاین رو رسالت اصلی این پژوهش پاسخ به این پرسش است که نسبت دانش فقه روابط بین الملل با دانش های همگون فقهی و بین المللی چیست؟ آنچه بر اساس روش توصیفی تحلیلی به نظر می رسد، این است که دانش فقه روابط بین الملل به علت تمایز در منابع، اهداف، روش، ابزار و دامنه‌ی عملیاتی، از دانش های فقهی و بین المللی مشابه متمایز است. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_21.pdf
