Scientific foundations can be presented in at least the three domains of "text", "addressee" and "interpreter". They can also have different types in the domain of text. What do the recent foundations include? These foundations can be considered in terms of the number of verses related to politics, the Qur'an's mission with regard to political change, or the Qur'an's supervisory role in politics. Therefore, the question here is about the possible specific scientific foundations in these three domains. The present study seeks to achieve the specific scientific foundations of political interpretation in the three mentioned areas and to explain the differences that distinguish them from other types. Data has been collected through studying the socio-political interpretations and the descriptive-analytical" method. The findings show that political interpretation has an independent identity at least with three bases in the axes of the text of the Qur'an (the multiplicity and importance of the role of verses on politics and their pivotal role; the enlightenment of the Qur'an for political change based on religion; the Qur'an’s protection and refinement of politics). تفسیر سیاسی علاوه بر مبناهای عام، نیازمند مبناهای خاص «فلسفه علمی» و «علمی» است تا هویت بنیادین مستقلی بیابد. مبانی علمی ـ دست کم ـ در سه گستره «متن»، «مخاطب» و «مفسر» مطرح است. در گستره متن هم می تواند انواعی داشته باشد. بدین روی این مسئله مطرح است که مبانی اخیر شامل چه موضوعاتی می شود؟ این مبانی می تواند با عنایت به کمیت آیات ناظر به سیاست، یا رسالت قرآن نسبت به تحول سیاسی، یا نقش نظارتی قرآن نسبت به سیاست باشد. در نتیجه، این مسئله مطرح می شود که مبناهای علمی خاص احتمالی در این سه گستره کدام است؟ پژوهش حاضر در پی دستیابی به مبناهای علمی خاص تفسیر سیاسی در سه گستره مذکور است تا ممیزاتی برای تفکیک آن از دیگر گونه ها تبیین نماید. گردآوری اطلاعات با مطالعه تفاسیر اجتماعی ـ سیاسی، و از منظر روشی، به روش «توصیفی و تحلیلی» سامان پذیرفته و یافته هایش این است که تفسیر سیاسی ـ دست کم ـ با سه مبنا در محور متن قرآن (کثرت و اهمیت نقش آیات ناظر به سیاست و حاشیه ای نبودنشان؛ تبیین گری قرآن برای تحول سیاسی بر پایه دین؛ مهیمن بودن قرآن بر سیاست و پالایش آن) هویت مستقل دارد. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_21.pdf
