abstract = {From Imam Khamenei's point of view, the current international relations are a battle between the dominance system and the Muslim world’s resistance. By taking advantage of public diplomacy, the colonial system has distorted right and wrong, created a good image of itself in the eyes of the world and encouraged, seduced or weakened international actors. Public diplomacy is a new type of propaganda that means the systematic dissemination of information in order to influence public opinion and to change public behavior with an extra neo-colonial approach. Islamic resistance should use the tool of public diplomacy. The main research question is: What is the use of public diplomacy in the field of Islamic Resistance from Imam Khamenei's point of view? Using the analytical-descriptive method, this research has analyzed the application of public diplomacy in the field of Islamic resistance from the point of view of the leader of Iran’s Revolution. abstract_fa ={از منظر امام خامنه ای روابط بین الملل موجود نبرد نظام سلطه و جهان اسلام و عرصه مقاومت اسلامی است. نظام استعمارگر با بهره گیری از دیپلماسی عمومی، ضمن جابه جایی حق و باطل، تصویری مناسب از خود در منظر جهانیان ایجاد  نموده و موجب ترغیب، اغوا و یا تضعیف بازیگران بین المللی گشته است. دیپلماسی عمومی نوع جدیدی از تبلیغات به معنای گسترش نظام مند اطلاعات در جهت تأثیرگذاری بر افکار عمومی و به منظور تغییر رفتار عمومی با رویکرد استعمار فرانو است. مقاومت اسلامی باید از ابزار دیپلماسی عمومی بهره گیرد. سؤال اصلی این تحقیق آن است از منظر امام خامنه ای کاربست دیپلماسی عمومی در عرصه مقاومت اسلامی چیست؟ این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی کاربست دیپلماسی عمومی در عرصه مقاومت اسلامی از منظر رهبر انقلاب را بررسی کرده است. از این منظر کاربست دیپلماسی عمومی بیدارسازی فطرت انسان ها، اتحادآفرینی بر محور آزادی بشریت و الگوسازی تعالیم انسانی ـ اسلامی و ایجاد گفتمان سازی بر مبنای هویت انسانی ـ اسلامی است.},
