Conversely, "freedom" is a fundamental component in the collective determination of destiny and holds a rightful position in society. Therefore, freedom is among the most crucial subjects confronted by both the individual and the state in various contexts. In the constitutional law of the Islamic Republic, due to its religious foundations, all elements of governance - including freedom - are interpreted based on a monotheistic worldview, which distinguishes it fundamentally from other systems. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this study explores the concept and implications of the principle of self-management and its correlation with freedom. The findings suggest that absolute freedom leads to chaos and the invalidation of social commitments. Moreover, the principle of limiting freedom in social life is inescapable. Consequently, “national self-management” is the manifestation of freedom coupled with human responsibility. دانش‌واژة «خودسامانی»، که اصلی عقلی است، در این مقاله بر سامان‌بخشی روابط اجتماعی توسط انسان‌ها از طریق تحدید اراده و التزام به الزامات ناشی از آن اطلاق می‌شود. از طرفی، «آزادی» از مؤلفه‌های اصلی در تعیین سرنوشت جمعی است که جایگاه واقعی خود را دارد؛ لذا آزادی از مهم‌ترین موضوعاتی است که فرد و حکومت در زمینه‌های مختلف با آن روبه‌روست. در حقوق اساسی جمهوری اسلامی، با توجه به مبانی دینی‌ای که دارد، همة مؤلفه‌های مربوط به حکومت و از جمله آزادی، بر اساس جهان‌بینی توحیدی تفسیر می‌شود، که وجه تمایز ریشه‌ای با سایر نظام‌هاست. تحقیق پیش رو با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، مفهوم و نتایج اصل خودسامانی و نسبت آن با آزادی را بررسی می‌کند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد، ازآنجاکه آزادی مطلق چیزی جز هرج‌ومرج و بطلان تعهدات اجتماعی نیست. از طرفی اصل محدودسازی آزادی در زندگی اجتماعی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است؛ ازاین‌رو «خودسامانی ملی» تبلور آزادی توأم با مسئولیت انسان است. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5001347-1752299914.pdf
