However, the nature of this system, which is based on the existence of dominating and subjugated actors in the field of international relations, has not undergone any fundamental change. Accurate knowledge of the nature, tools, and strategies of this evil system provides a basis for increasing resistance to it, reducing its influence, and achieving liberation from accepting domination and exploitation. Therefore, in this article, emphasizing the political thought of the Supreme Leader, we have sought to answer a fundamental question regarding the historical analysis and nature of the domination system. By using the descriptive-analytical method, it is concluded that the system of domination believes in a single source, epistemic pluralism and exclusivism and is immersed in the abyss of secularism. This system is a prisoner of humanism, materialism and the centralization of pleasure and considers politics devoid of morality and devoid of human values and considers efforts to educate and create changes in international practices as impossible. In this regard, the system of domination uses various tools such as deceptive propaganda, training elites, misleading theories, political blackmail, influence and penetration into the pillars of societies, etc. در پهنه تاریخ، نظام سلطه، با توسل به شیوه‌ها و ابزارهای گوناگون و گاه متضاد، همواره در پی استمرار سیطره خویش بوده است. لیکن، ماهیت این نظام که مبتنی بر وجود بازیگران سلطه‌گر و سلطه‌پذیر در عرصه روابط بین‌الملل است، دستخوش تغییری بنیادین نگشته است. شناخت دقیق ماهیت، ابزارها و راهبردهای این نظام اهریمنی، بستری را فراهم می‌آورد تا مقاومت در برابر آن فزونی‌یافته، از نفوذ آن کاسته شده و از پذیرش سلطه و استثمار رهایی حاصل گردد. ازاین‌رو، در این مقال، با تأکید بر اندیشه سیاسی مقام معظم رهبری، در صدد پاسخگویی به پرسشی بنیادین در خصوص تحلیل تاریخی و ماهیت نظام سلطه برآمده‌ایم. با به‌کارگیری روش توصیفی - تحلیلی، این مهم حاصل می‌گردد که نظام سلطه، قائل به تک‌منبعی، پلورالیسم معرفتی و انحصارگرایی بوده و در ورطه سکولاریسم غوطه‌ور است. این نظام، اسیر اومانیسم، مادی‌نگری و محوریت‌بخشی به لذت گشته و سیاست را از اخلاق عاری دانسته و آن را تهی از ارزش‌های انسانی نموده و تلاش برای تربیت و ایجاد تغییر در رویه‌های بین‌المللی را امری محال می‌پندارد. در این راستا، نظام سلطه از ابزارهای گوناگونی چون تبلیغات فریبنده، دست‌آموز نمودن نخبگان، تئوری‌سازی‌های گمراه‌کننده، باج‌گیری‌های سیاسی، نفوذ و رخنه در ارکان جوامع و… بهره می‌جوید.
