The research method is analytical-descriptive and the main goal is to identify, explain, preserve and promote indicators that, by emphasizing them, can improve the effectiveness of the political system based on the absolute authority of the jurist and religious democracy. By presenting a comprehensive and integrated perspective, this study helps to better understand the dimensions of the effectiveness of the political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. By examining the leadership's statements on the subject of efficiency, we came to the conclusion that efficiency from his perspective can be examined at 4 levels, which are: Efficiency at the level of 1) ideology, 2) structure, 3) agency, and 4) performance. By analyzing his statements at 4 levels, this conclusion was reached: an efficient system is one that pays attention to characteristics such as correct ideology, structural flexibility, use of current experiences and sciences, justice-centeredness, accountability and criticality, meeting needs, specialization, justice-based structure, meritocracy, simplicity, courage, legalism, political awareness, insight, public satisfaction, social welfare, popular participation, unity, elimination of deprivation, national dignity, spirit of self-confidence, preservation of independence, etc., and is in a position to institutionalize them within itself. در این پژوهش به تحلیل شاخص‌های کارآمدی نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر مقام معظم رهبری، به بررسی سخنرانی‌ها و بیانات ایشان پرداخته شده است. روش تحقیق، تحلیلی-توصیفی بوده و هدف اصلی؛ شناسایی، تبیین، حفظ و ارتقای شاخص‌هایی است که با تأکید بر آن‌ها، می‌توان کارآمدی نظام سیاسی مبتنی بر ولایت مطلقه فقیه و مردم‌سالاری دینی را ارتقا داد. این پژوهش با ارائه یک دیدگاه جامع و تلفیقی، به فهم بهتر ابعاد کارآمدی نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران کمک می‌کند. کارآمدی از منظر ایشان در4 سطح قابل تحلیل میباشد که عبارتند از: کارآمدی در سطح1) ایدئولوژی2) ساختار 3) کارگزار 4) عملکرد. هر کدام از این سطوح ،در جامعه آماری مد نظر در تحقیق، دارای شاخص هایی برای کارآمدی نظام می باشد که با بررسی آنها این نتیجه حاصل شد، نظامی کار آمدست که به شاخصه هایی مانند ایدئولوژی صحیح، انعطاف ساختار، استفاده از تجربیات وعلوم روز، عدالت محوری، پاسخگویی وانتقاد پذیری، تامین نیازها، تخصص گرایی، ساختار مبتنی برعدالت، شایسته سالاری، ساده زیستی، شجاعت، قانون گرایی، آگاهی سیاسی، بصیرت، رضایت عمومی، رفاه اجتماعی، مشارکت مردمی، اتحاد، محرومیت زدایی، عزت ملی، روحیه اعتماد به نفس، حفظ استقلال و... توجه دارد و در مقام نهادینه کردن آنها در خود می باشد.
