Raising the question of what are the dimensions and components of religious governance and what are the requirements for its realization in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the present study considers the hypothesis that the dimensions and components of religious governance are the management of society based on material and spiritual interests and based on the authority of religion. Governance has four dimensions: the executor, the people the idea of governance, and the structure. Each of these dimensions has gradational levels and possesses three fundamental characteristics: epistemic or expertise (knowledge), dispositional or justice-orientation, and capability or efficiency. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical method to explain the issue, the research analyzes religious governance, its dimensions, components, and indicators, as well as its scientific requirements. By analyzing Islamic sources, it can be concluded that the governance matrix is derived from the interaction of four dimensions and three components. Each of the aforementioned dimensions requires supporting bodies of knowledge, such as political science, management, sociology, and philosophy. حکمرانی مقوله‌ای ذوابعاد، میان‌رشته‌ای و دارای مفهومی پیچیده است. پژوهش حاضر با طرح این پرسش که ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های حکمرانی دینی چیست و الزام‌های تحقق آن در جمهوری اسلامی ایران کدام‌اند، این فرضیه را مطمح نظر قرار می‌دهد که ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های حکمرانی دینی تدبیر جامعه بر اساس مصالح مادی و معنوی و بر مدار مرجعیت دین است. حکمرانی دارای چهار بعد کارگزار، مردم، ایدة حکمرانی و ساختار است و هر یک از این ابعاد دارای سطوح تشکیکی و برخوردار از سه ویژگی اساسی معرفتی یا تخصص (علم)، گرایشی یا عدالت‌ورزی، و توانایی یا کارآمدی است. پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی برای تبیین مسئله، به تحلیل حکمرانی دینی، ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های آن، و الزام‌های علمی می‌پردازد. با تحلیل منابع اسلامی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ماتریس حکمرانی از هم‌کنشی چهار بعد و سه مؤلفه به‌دست می‌آید. هر یک از اضلاع یادشده نیازمند دانش‌های پشتیبان، نظیر دانش سیاسی، مدیریت، جامعه‌شناسی و فلسفه است. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5002308-1790747290.pdf
