Determining precise criteria for distinguishing sciences helps to achieve a more accurate understanding of the position and objectives of each science. Explaining the distinction of the principles of governmental jurisprudence from its non-governmental counterpart depends on examining the factors that differentiate governmental jurisprudence principles from non-governmental ones. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this research-which has not been addressed yet - examines the possibility of such a distinction. Ultimately, it is concluded that the principles of governmental jurisprudence, as a new orientation within the discipline of the principles of jurisprudence, respond to emerging needs in the field of social, political, and governmental jurisprudence. This orientation possesses fundamental differences and profound distinctions compared to non-governmental or conventional jurisprudence principles, and by addressing major social and governmental issues, it establishes itself as an independent orientation. شناخت و تمایز علوم از یکدیگر، از مباحث کلیدی در فلسفۀ علم و حوزه‌های معرفتی است که هم بر توسعۀ علوم و هم بر نظم‌دهی به ارتباطات میان آنها تأثیر بسزایی می‌گذارد. تعیین ملاک‌های دقیق برای تمایز علوم، کمک می‌کند تا فهم دقیق‌تری از جایگاه و اهداف هر علم حاصل شود. تبیین تمایز اصول فقه حکومتی از غیر آن، در گرو بررسی عوامل تمایز اصول فقه حکومتی نسبت به غیرحکومتی است. در این پژوهش که تاکنون بدان پرداخته نشده است، با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، امکان چنین تمایزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و در نهایت این نتیجه حاصل شده است که اصول فقه حکومتی به‌عنوان یک گرایش جدید در دانش اصول فقه، پاسخی به نیازهای نوپدید در عرصۀ فقه اجتماعی، سیاسی و حکومتی است. این گرایش، تفاوت‌های بنیادین و تمایزات عمیقی نسبت به اصول فقه غیرحکومتی یا مصطلح دارد و با پرداختن به مسائل کلان اجتماعی و حکومتی، خود را به‌عنوان یک گرایش مستقل معرفی ‌کند. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5002753-1790747360.pdf
