Using a qualitative research method and thematic interpretive analysis, this article seeks to fundamentally redefine the epistemological and conceptual foundations of security within the framework of the scientific authority of the Quran. The findings show that the Quran, by presenting a monotheistic epistemology based on the unity of existence, the hierarchical plurality of sources of knowledge (sense, reason, nature, and revelation), and the purposefulness of knowledge in establishing justice, can create a paradigm shift in the understanding of security and transform it from technical knowledge to a moral and existential responsibility. Based on a systematic analysis of the verses, the Quranic model of sustainable security has been designed in three layers: "existential-belief", "social-moral", and "physical-military", whose organic and hierarchical connection makes it possible to trace the roots of insecurity in polytheism and oppression and to provide comprehensive solutions for sustainable security. This model can help localize security knowledge and form an independent school of thought in Islamic societies. مطالعات امنیت، متأثر از پارادایم‌های غربیِ واقع‌گرایی، لیبرالیسم و سازه‌انگاری، عمدتاً بر مبانی معرفت‌شناختی سکولار و انسان‌محور استوار است و از وحی به‌عنوان منبعی معتبر برای شناخت غفلت کرده است. این مقاله با روش تحقیق کیفی و تحلیل تفسیری موضوعی، به‌دنبال بازتعریف بنیادین مبانی معرفت‌شناختی و مفهومی امنیت در چهارچوب مرجعیت علمی قرآن است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که قرآن با ارائة معرفت‌شناسی توحیدی مبتنی بر وحدت وجود، تعدد سلسله‌مراتبی منابع شناخت (حس، عقل، فطرت و وحی) و هدفمندی معرفت در جهت اقامة قسط، می‌تواند تحولی پارادایمی در فهم امنیت ایجاد کند و آن را از دانشی فنی به مسئولیتی اخلاقی و وجودی تبدیل کند. بر اساس تحلیل نظام‌مند آیات، مدل امنیت پایدار قرآنی در سه لایة «وجودی ـ اعتقادی»، «اجتماعی ـ اخلاقی» و «فیزیکی ـ نظامی» طراحی شده است که پیوند ارگانیک و سلسله‌مراتبی آنها، ریشه‌یابی ناامنی در شرک و ظلم و ارائة راهکارهایی جامع برای امنیت پایدار را ممکن می‌سازد. این مدل می‌تواند به بومی‌سازی دانش امنیت و شکل‌گیری مکتبی مستقل در جوامع اسلامی کمک کند. https://siyasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/siyasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5002801-1787637656.pdf
