This article employs a comparative-explanatory method and draws upon the theoretical framework derived from the thought of Martyr Ayatollah Khamenei to answer how the civilizational logic governing each country shapes its patterns of action in the international arena. The framework is organized at three levels: civilizational foundations (the clash of self-founded humanism versus monotheistic-natural disposition), meaning system (the binary opposition of "freedom/tyranny" versus "arrogance/oppressed"), and strategic culture (hegemonic exceptionalism versus adaptive resistance). Applying this framework to the discursive, security, economic, and cultural arenas demonstrates that the behavior of the two countries reflects these three levels. The case study of the Ramadan War of 1405 (2026) confirms this framework, showing that the Iran-U.S. confrontation is not a geopolitical conflict but a civilizational and inevitable clash over fundamental concepts such as sovereignty, justice, and the desired world order. تقابل ایران و آمریکا از پایدارترین منازعات نظام بین‌الملل است، اما تحلیل‌های رایج آن را به رقابت ژئوپلیتیک فروکاسته‌اند. این مقاله با روش تحلیل تطبیقی‑تبیینی و با تکیه بر چارچوب نظری برگرفته از اندیشه رهبر شهید آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، به این پرسش پاسخ می‌دهد که منطق تمدنی حاکم بر هر کشور چگونه الگوهای کنش آن را در عرصه بین‌الملل شکل می‌دهد. چارچوب مقاله در سه سطح سامان یافته است: مبانی تمدنی (تقابل اومانیسم خودبنیاد با فطرت توحیدی)، نظام معنایی (تقابل دوقطبی «آزادی/استبداد» با «استکبار/مستضعف»)، و فرهنگ راهبردی (تقابل استثناگرایی هژمونیک با مقاومت انطباقی). کاربست این چارچوب در عرصه‌های گفتمانی، امنیتی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی نشان می‌دهد که رفتار دو کشور بازتاب همین سه سطح است. مطالعه موردی جنگ رمضان ۱۴۰۵ نیز این چارچوب را تأیید می‌کند و نشان می‌دهد که رویارویی ایران و آمریکا نه یک منازعه ژئوپلیتیک، بلکه برخوردی تمدنی و اجتناب‌ناپذیر بر سر مفاهیم بنیادینی چون حاکمیت، عدالت و نظم مطلوب جهانی است.
