abstract = {In Islam, political participation is considered one of the features of a developed Islamic society. Its parameters can be detected in the model for Islamic progress in terms of insight, structure and behavior. With respect to insight, religion has an instrumental view of power and government is regarded as a divine trust. Furthermore, obedience to ruler and participation in political affairs are considered among religious duties. The political system of Islam is organized in such as way to encourage participation and such things like allegiance, consultation and jihad are observed in organizing political affairs. With respect to behavior, the citizens of Islamic society give allegiance to the legitimate ruler and obey him. In such a society, people and state strive to safeguard the good government through good will and unity.},

abstract_fa ={دراسلام مشارکت سیاسی یکی از ویژگی های جامعه پیشرفته اسلامی به شمار می رود. می توان شاخص های آن را در الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی درحوزه بینش، ساختار و رفتار نشان داد. درحوزه بینش دین نگاه ابزاری به قدرت دارد و حکومت امانت الهی تلقی می گردد. تبعیت ازحاکم ومشارکت در امر سیاسی نیز به عنوان یک تکلیف دینی نگریسته می شود. ساختار نظام سیاسی اسلام به گونه ای مشارکت جویانه سازماندهی می گردد و نهاد های چون؛ بیعت، مشورت، و جهاد برای سازماندهی امر سیاسی در نظر گرفته شده است. درحوزه رفتارشهروندان جامعه اسلامی ضمن داشتن بصیرت لازم باحاکم مشروع بیعت نموده واز او اطاعت می نمایند. در این جامعه مردم و دولت می کوشند تا حکومت صالح را با خیر خواهی و اتحاد محافظت نمایند.},
