abstract = {Nowadays, ensuring that human rights are recognized and observed is one of the most important aims of international rights in regard with regulating international relations. The question that arises here is: how the recognition and observance of human rights in human societies and international environment can be ensured? Preventive methods which provide objective grounds for protecting human rights are, perhaps, the most tactful mechanism for attaining this aim. In terms of the system of sanction, Islam has provided preventive strategies to confront the violation of human rights in international environment. Some of these strategies are: supporting permanent peace, paying attention to comprehensive security, institutionalizing justice-seeking discourse, knowledge-centeredness and promoting science, struggling against hegemonic-arrogant culture and capitalist thought, providing a model for an agreeable life which serves as a model for regulating social relations, recommending the expansion of spirituality as the greatest support for human rights, commitment to keeping promise, confronting anti-human thoughts and schools like nationalism and racism, sincerity and spiritualism, and struggle against polytheism.},

abstract_fa ={امروزه یکی از مهمترین اهداف حقوق بین الملل در تنظیم روابط بین المللی تامین و تضمین رعایت حقوق انسان ها است. سوال این است که چگونه می توان از رعایت حقوق بشر در جوامع انسانی و نیز محیط بین الملل اطمینان یافت. شاید مدبرانه ترین مکانیزم برای این هدف، روش های پیشگیرانه است که زمینه های عینی حمایت از حقوق بشر را فراهم می سازد. اسلام در نظام ضمانت اجرایی اسلام برای مقابله با نقض حقوق بشر در محیط بین الملل تدابیر پیشگیرانه ای ارائه کرده است. برخی از این تدابیر عبارتند از: حمایت از صلح پایدار، توجه به امنیت فراگیر، نهادینه سازی گفتمان عدالت خواهی، دانایی محوری و علم گستری، مبارزه با فرهنگ سلطه گری و استکباری، مقابله  با تفکر سرمایه داری، ارائه الگوی حیات طیبه، به عنوان مدل تنظیم روابط اجتماعی؛ توصیه به گسترش معنویت به مثابه‌ی عالی ترین پشتوانه‌ی حقوق بشر، التزام به وفای به عهد، مقابله با مکاتب و اندیشه های ضد  بشری همچون ملی گرایی و نژاد پرستی و اخلاص و معنویت و شرک ستیزی.},
