    Abstract

Political interpretation is a part of the Islamic humanities. No considerable effort has been made so far to organize this subject and many questions have been raised about it. One of the questions raised in this regard is about whether or not there are certain principles and rules for making interpretations by using a political approach and what they are. First the “basic principles of the scientific philosophy of political interpretaion", and then the scientific principles are established to finally draw up the rules of political interpretation. With regard to the first step, this paper holds that the basic principles of the scientific philosophy of the political interpretation of the Qur'an can be laid down. A descriptive and analytical method is used for conducting this research and a library-based method is used for collecting the data.

    Abstract

Monism and pluralism are among the important issues in the history of political philosophy, and the tendency of political philosophers towards any of them can affect all the aspects of their political philosophy. Throughout history, political philosophers have presented various different views on these two issues. Sadr al-Muta’llehinn’s position in the history of Islamic philosophy urges us to examine this issue in the transcendent philosophy. Political philosophers sometimes adopt an extreme approach to monism and pluralism and sometimes, however, they take a moderate position moderation, which is referred to as moderate monism and pluralism. The proponents of extreme approach to monism deny plurality and the supporters of extreme plurality deny monism, whereas adopting a moderate approach strikes a balance between monism and plurality in the political arena. Sadr al-Muta’hellin adopts a moderate approach to monism and pluralism and emphasizes on the necessity of either of them in political life. Sadr al-Muta’hellin’s approach is based on his principles in existence, man and finality, and stresses the necessity of paying attention to monism and plurality simultaneously. When we review the components of monism and pluralism in transcendent political philosophy, we notice that the moderate approach which he adopts is quite evident and he tries to strike a balance between the components of extreme monism and pluralism.

    Abstract

The approach of institutionalism is considered one of the important approaches to political thought, which, in addition to its explanatory ability, is considered one of the most long-standing explanatory methods of political thought. This approach can be classified into two types: old institutionalism and new institutionalism. The simultaneous study of the history of the development process of the institutionalist approach involves a study of the history of political thought. The political nature-oriented approach can also be defined as the formulation of a policy based on the implications of the principles of Islam. The results of the comparison between institutionalist approach and naturalistic political approach shows the explanatory power of the political nature-oriented approach and highlights the theoretical flaws of institutionalism. An analytical, interpretive and comparative method is used in this research.

    Abstract

Today, the world is neither under our control nor predictable; since the cause, intensity and direction of changes are unclear, we can neither expect actions and measures to be taken, nor can we be indifferent. Therefore, it is not possible in the current situation to adopt an environment-based approach for the country and it will be sensible to focus on a "resource-based strategy”. The purpose of this research is to see to what extent it is necessary to use a "resource-based paradigm" in the internal organization of the system. "Resource-based paradigm" is the theoretical framework of this research. Fuzzy Delphi method was used and 13 experts were consulted to qualitatively conduct this research. After three rounds of opinion polls, the components and indices of the internal organization of the government system of the Islamic Republic of Iran were identified. The research results show that in the field of economy, resistance economy, in the area of social systems, social solidarity, in the field of politics, policy coherence and in the field of technology, not depending on foregin aid constitute the main components of the internal organization of the system.

    Abstract

The political trends in the Islamic Republic of Iran can be classified into three kinds: Islamic, secular, and eclectic divisions. As a political trend, Kargozaran which came under the influence of the centers of power in the second decade of the Revolution is an eclectic group whose thoughts are based on secularism. This trend holds that Islam does not have an administrative structure and that it has to be borrowed from liberalism. The ideological principles of Kargozaran are: underestimating religion, relativism, scientism and empiricism, authentication of fighting and opposing the idea of ijtihad. These indicators clearly show that this trend adopts eclectic ideas inas far as political values are concerned. Using an analytical and critical method, this paper discusses the legitimacy, structure, rights and duties of Kargozaran party in theory and practice.

Key words: Kargozaran party, eclecticism, eclectic thought, political value, legitimacy.
